PHASE IV: preparatory work for future projects being prepared for funding applications to foundations in partnership with and under the aegis of Estrategia for work Peru to be completed as joint ventures.

PHASE I:

May / June of 2008 prior to PCD incorporation, donations of materials made personally to the listed Peruvian villages:

Huanchuy:

1:    A donation of several trash cans for the classrooms as requested by the school director at our arrival on the first public meeting.

2:    A donation of wall paint and window varnish - stain for the school as a sign of good faith after a general meeting with the pueblo and the school authorities at which we committed to provide material assistance and the pueblo agreed to provide the labor.

This was our second donation and was very modest in cost and direct in execution.  We received photographs of the finished work via the internet and later saw the results.  This is the first and most basic PCD-SDC donation that could reasonably be called a project.

3:    Donations of a laptop computer and school supplies to the school.

Huambacho el Arenal

4:    Donations of sporting goods to the school.

5:    Donations of a laptop computer and school supplies to the school by the Tatgenhorst family on a visit.

Lima
        6.    We a gave a laptop computer to Cucha for her services which helped us so much.

PHASE II:

Huanchuy:

7:    Donation of a laptop computer to the school director and a computer printer / copier to Huambacho el Arenal.  We must verify the use of this
               laptop on our next visit.

Huambacho el Arenal

8:    Donation of a computer printer / copier to the school.

Lima

        9.    We gave a laptop computer to Alvaro as a colleague of John’s of over fifty years for his support and contacts which have helped us so much on
               these trips.

Mojique:

        10.    Water supply system project - furnishing of the required materials to complete a new water system for the school.  The project had been
started by the school director and madres de familia but stalled due to lack of funds.  They will take photographs of the completed system on
their next visit.  As jointly planned, this is the most significant PCD-SDC donation that could reasonably be called a project to date.

Sechin Alto - Carbonariá

        11.    New shelving / book cases project - one set for each of three classrooms in the school.  This work of this donation, i.e., the purchase and
delivery of the materials as well as the assembly of the bookcases for this donation, while modest in scale, qualifies as a project.

PHASE III:

Casma area visit scheduled for 2013 - to commence planning donations of materials and projects to be made personally to the listed Peruvian villages or postponed until registration of PCD as an NGO by the Peruvian government:

Santa Matilde:

    A.    Donations of materials for repair to the existing water system, a pump replacement is required to operate the system.

Sechin Alto - Carbonariá:

    B.    New shelving / book cases for all classrooms in the school.  This project was started with one set of shelves for each of the classrooms in the
school.  Refer to project number 10 above.  It is our intention to seek funds for the adequate number of shelving assemblies in each of the
classrooms. We wish to plan similar projects in other schools as well.

Mojique:

    C.    Assistance with roof and supporting structure restoration.  The project was halted part way through construction due to lack of funds and the
balance of funds for materials is required to complete the project.

    D.    Renovation and restoration of kitchen / dining structure.  The project was halted part way through construction and completed on an ad hoc basis
with primitive materials.  Funds are required to remove the primitive materials, complete the structure as originally planned, install plumbing and
drainage, a concrete slab, and furnish proper cooking equipment and chairs and tables for dining.

Huanchuy:

    E.    Planning for the conversion of the existing primary school to use as a new vocational school.

Huambacho el Arenal:

F:    This project is conceived as multi-faceted and multi-leveled with the primary goal of employing modern internet technology, equipment and methods
of communications to contribute, strengthen and expand the tools on hand for teachers and schools thereby enhancing the education of students
and the capability of interconnecting and communicating between the teachers, students and schools in Peru the United States and any potential
school, organization or individual that makes use of the internet with modern computer communication equipment with the corresponding
           connections to the outside world.

We envision beginning by implemented this project on two separate levels:

           (1)    The teachers in the classrooms shall have access to outside resources which can then be implemented and demonstrated to a group of
students in a large or small class or group of classes or auditorium.

           (2)    To connect individual students of certain specific schools we can work with both in the US and within the Casma area schools in Peru by
means of the internet.  By means of implementing such a connection various individual students in various parts of the world can
communicate with each other for any educational goal and/or purpose.
